Pleasant at first. Regional VP and successful manager at one online interview then was invited for a campus visit with another former HOS now campus success manager for a ' chat' , they claimed it was not a formal interview and said see you later at the end of the interview and claimed I would hear from HR at the end of the week. After maybe a week or so still hadn't heard back, no response from HR with a follow-up email, called and HR mentioned the end of the other week and told me I do not have to presume I am rejected , that they are just interviewing another candidate, and that I would be informed either way. Did not hear back ever since.

This resulted in at least four interviews before an offer was even extended. While I understand the importance of a thorough hiring process, the number of interviews felt excessive and time-consuming. Overall, the interview process was a mixed experience with both positive and challenging aspects.

The interview consisted of multiple interviews via phone, video/in person, written test then offer call. It is a lengthy and thorough interview process for all roles. The interview process can take up several weeks due to the process.
