The initial screening interview is virtual and lasts 30 minutes. They ask you to give a brief self-introduction and then ask about a lesson plan that went well, what classroom triggers you have, a time when you changed someone's mind, how you deal with difficult parents, and then logistics in terms of location and age group you'd like to work with.

Start off by asking about your experience in the field you're choosing to work in. They then go into your education history, job history, qualifications, etc. Tour you around campus and help understanding of the Montessori method

Applied on online application on website. Got email from area manager to set interview. Had 30 minute interview with the area manager, then interview with head of school. Both were pretty relaxed.
