Online test, followed by an assessment center with 4 exercises- group discussion, role play, structured interview and presentation. The environment was relaxed and the assessor were friendly. I didn't have any previous work experience before going for the assessment center. I just spoke about my activities in school and other voluntary activities I took part in. Also in the group discussion, I demonstrated leadership by assuming a role and also assigned roles to a few other participants.
