The process took about 6 weeks but the interview was super laid back. The managers who interviews me were exceptionally nice. No difficult questions were asked. I was asked about my knowledge of music and gear amd how I would handle specific situations. They made me feel completely comfortable.

Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.

Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed

Felt like I was being interrogated or discriminated against, as if this were an important career. Dude, you hire high school students. Give me a break. Avoid applying to guitar center.
