Entrevista
Asked me what kind of gear I own.
Didn't even ask me about prior work experience or schooling.
Also, I was basically swindled into my position. They promised me a certain rate of pay and convinced me to leave my previous job. After a few months it became clear they did whatever they had to do to get my position filled with any cost. They used me.
Group interview then a follow up interview with the store manager. Interviews were held in an open format every Friday at the time. I was asked for my resume and availability upfront. Each person in the group interview introduced themselves and their experience. Questions were pretty easy.

Entrevista
I walked into the store immediately after applying to the one in the town I had just moved to. I had no experience in sales or customer service, but I was ambitious and in a good mood so I thought, "what the heck?" I did not think I had any chance at getting the job, so I was very casual about it. And I came across as very confident. Confidence is what they are looking for in employees! They interviewed me then and there and I was hired within a week.
