This interview process is slow but it's easy to understand again the top managment. if your first round should be clear then don't worry about second round agains the hr manager.

It was a walkin interview where many experienced people also had come about 300-350 people out of which they short-listed 50-60 people then for the second round. Ultimately they they reduced to 20 people and deputed them to different places to work on the project.
