Two-stage interview process. First with active current employees, second with manager. Mostly canned "tell me a time you..." questions, but some were difficult. nice people, done through Teams. No emphasis on practical knowledge. roughly a week between responses after each interview.

Initially, I was selected and then given a date to interview. I prepared by reaching out to others who had been given the internship. I studied different standardized interview questions as well as methods to answer the questions efficiently.

Interview over video call, mostly focused on a discussion of the role and whether I am interested in it. Interviewed for a different position, was asked only culture questions for that.
