The process started off fairly standard with recruiter and hiring manager calls, but unfortunately, the panel interview — which was described as a "panel" — consisted of only one person. This felt misleading and did not provide the breadth of engagement or perspective I expected from a panel-style interview. Specifically for a role that has a crucial task of partnering cross functionally.
After the interview, I never received any feedback or explanation regarding why my application did not move forward. While I understand not every company provides detailed feedback, some level of communication or closure would have been appreciated, especially after taking the time to prepare and attend the interview.
The lack of transparency and structure in the interview process raised concerns about internal communication and professionalism within the organization. Which appears consistent with other interview feedback provided in this forum.
