I interviewed for a Product Manager role at Gusto (fka ZenPayroll) in early 2015. Overall interview process was pretty well managed. Besides looking for strong product/design instincts, they have a strong emphasis on culture fit. Overall, I really enjoyed my interaction with the folks I met.
