I received an employee referral and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. In the same week I was set up with the People Empowerer (Manager) that oversaw the role. The in-person interview was the next week and rotated through different people for 4 hours. The recruiter called me beforehand and explained who the 4 people were that I would meet with and the categories of questions they would be asking me. They looked at my problem solving, values/culture fit, adaptability to change in a startup environment and my past experience.
