The entire interview and offer process at Gusto completely blew me away. From my very first conversation, through onsite interviews, to the exciting offer call – every stage was meticulously orchestrated and infused with Gusto's vibrant, kind, and passionate culture. A highlight for me was the thorough prep call prior to my interviews that prepared me and calmed my nerves prior to coming onsite.

Gusto interview process was straightforward. I had an interview with the hiring manager and then an interview with a team member. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Seems like they have an awesome culture with the company/ team.

Had a phone screening with the hiring manager. Literally felt like i was talking to a robot. Knew i wasnt going to have a second interview after talking to him. Made me happy i wasnt going to the next round.
