The interview process ZenPayroll uses is a very effective way to root out those professionals that are not willing to put effort into being a part of this amazing company. It was very forward with the following steps. 1. A one on interview where you can record your answers via your computer and send in your answers. 2. There is homework. Yes, homework. You will receive 3 questions that will need to be answered in a specific amount of time. 3. In person interview with 3 professionals at the company. I strongly believe that when you put forth the effort only good things can transpire. Be focused, resourceful, and confident.
