Only had a recruiter screen call but was pretty much a complete waste of time. The recruiter talked about himself during most of the interview. I barely could get a word in. When he did asked me about myself, basically asked me nothing he couldn't get from my resume. He asked me if I had experience in system design in front end components, which I did, but he seems to be hung up on what Gusto calls it as their system design team, in which my company calls as the shared UX team. Tried to explain to him the work is the same except the difference in the team name. He seems either not to understand or just was too into himself talking than to listen. He talked so much about himself that there wasn't any time left for me to ask questions at the end. The kicker is the rejection email that partly states that "we know you may desire further assessment of your interview performance but we cannot provide any feedback regarding interview outcomes", which is a joke for only a recruiter round, but also no thank you, I don't really "desire" any feedback from this recruiter or the company.
