Standard interview process, facilitated by good communication, flexibility in scheduling, and a user-friendly applicant dashboard. There were clear expectations at each round, and the interviewers were very warm and inviting.

Entrevista
The entire interview process lasted around two months, during which there were several last-minute rescheduled interviews, tedious meetings, and an assignment. The process wasn't necessarily difficult, but so time-consuming and draining. Interviewers were not entirely respectful and felt as though they were trying to undermine experience and expertise rather than assess skills. For an HR company, the interview process was not a positive glimpse into employee wellbeing or good culture.
