This was one of the most poorly managed recruitment processes I’ve experienced. The process took 3 months, yet it felt like a series of last-minute fire drills.
The company took its time at every stage, including a gap of about six weeks between the first and second interview rounds, with little communication. Despite this drawn-out timeline, I was repeatedly expected to adjust my availability on very short notice once they decided to move forward.
Interview dates were proposed last minute. In one instance, urgency was explicitly justified by the recruiter’s upcoming vacation, effectively transferring internal scheduling problems onto the candidate.
The second round required preparing an Excel case study, a PowerPoint presentation, and presenting Excel outputs with only two days’ notice. The skills being assessed were not mentioned in the job description and were not reflected in my CV, making the evaluation criteria unclear.
Overall, the process was entirely one-sided: slow and unresponsive on the company’s side, but urgent for the candidate. It showed weak coordination, poor planning, and little respect for candidates’ time.

I had a Hirevue then got an email to meet them in person in their Boston office. Interview was an hour long and mainly behavioral questions. They never got back to me afterward until I emailed them for a followup.

Entrevista
I went through 4 rounds of interviews: the 1st with HR, the 2nd with the department head and manager, the 3rd with the head once more, and the 4th with the CEO. The initial three rounds were conducted online, while the final round was in person. All interviewers were friendly and I gained valuable insights from our conversations. After the last interview, the CEO mentioned that I would receive feedback within 3 days. However, after a week without any update, I reached out to the HR department but have yet to receive a response after 3 weeks. It's surprising for a company of this stature to not follow up. The interviews were time and energy-consuming; a simple email update doesn't seem too much to ask. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Pasé por 4 rondas de entrevistas: la primera con Recursos Humanos, la segunda con el jefe de departamento y el gerente, la tercera con el jefe nuevamente y la cuarta con el CEO. Después de la última entrevista, el CEO mencionó que recibiría comentarios en un plazo de 3 días. Sin embargo, después de una semana sin ninguna actualización, me puse en contacto con el departamento de Recursos Humanos pero aún no he recibido respuesta. Es sorprendente que una empresa de esta envergadura no haga un seguimiento. Las entrevistas consumieron mucho tiempo y energía; parece que una simple actualización por correo electrónico no es mucho pedir.
