3 Rounds to the Process
1- HireVu Recorded Interview: Here the company has pre-selected interview questions and you utilize the HireVu system to record you responses and send them in
2 - Phone Interview: I was applying for the college program so I was interviewed by two recent graduates from the college program class before mine. Make sure to be yourself and as always be knowledgeable about the position you are applying for and what you believe you can contribute to the company.
3- Interview Superday: You come into the office (which is great because you get a look at the kind of environment you could be working in). The day begins with a lunch and then you have 6-7 back-to-back 30 minute interviews with company employees and executives. After the interviews there is an hour long excel test. Most of these questions are used to assess your cultural fit within the company. So be professional but be yourself. I believe this round will really allow you to see whether or not this is a company you want to be with.
Overall the final round is by far the most stressful and tiring just because of the length. However this was the round that affirmed for me that I would be happier here than I would've been with any of the other companies I was interviewing with.

There was a hireview, then after the hireview there was 2 more interviews after that. The interviews were all behavioral questions and they were super nice. I didn't hear back about the interview until a month later letting me know I didn't get the position.
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Guy Carpenter (Hong Kong).
Entrevista
The Hong Kong branch was responsible for mainland business and only rented half a floor of an office building in Quarry Bay. The interviewer was a mainland woman with a face full of resentment. She frowned the whole time looking at my resume and asked me three times, "Why are you still interviewing for a junior position when you have been working for three years?" Why did you call me for an interview if you thought it was not suitable? Then she frowned and said, "Our risk analyst is not the risk control position you think it is. It is just a job level set up with reference to investment banks." Analyst is analyst, why do you add "risk" as a prefix? Finally, she frowned and said that I would basically have to work overtime until 12 o'clock every day for the last three months of the year. Can you bear it? I couldn't laugh at the time, and she also frowned to end the interview, but she still frowned and asked me to stay and take a 1.5-hour written test.
3 rounds of interviews. The first one with the hiring manager, the second one with the vice president, and the third one with the managing director. Interviews could be conducted in either physical or virtual format.
