I have taken 3 rounds interview with Guy Carpenter, All are Virtual Video Interviews via Zoom, very nice employer here. Basically are behavior questions and tell them about your projects, some basic technical questions.

Online assessment, then interviews with two office locations. Straightforward process and was very fast to get the offer. Interviewers were very nice, and went through my resume asking about my experiences.
Did a HireVue screening interview. A couple of weeks later, I spoke to a recruiter over the phone about setting up an interview with an actuary but it never happened.

Entrevista
Started with ice breaking. After that, there were an Introduction including a background check, a fit interview with a technical interview and then Questions and answers. It was a live video interview via Microsoft Teams.
