First they conduct a phone screen where they inquire about your interest in the job, then if everything goes well they will bring you in for a interview with one of the doctors of the practice. Afterwards you go through HR paperwork and they try to bring you in as soon as you are available to work.

You come in, sign 3 papers. And they’ll ask you about your history, how much you’re willing to work and pay expectations. Always give higher on the pay, because they’re going to try to settle you lower always. And be very straightforward with what hours you want to work and get a signed confirmation of what you guys decide.
