I applied through campus, the interview process goes like this, submit your resume to company through campus, for shortlisted candidates pen and paper based exam will be conducted, followed by multiple rounds of interviews. Exam is quite easy, it test the candidates thinking and approach to solve real world problem, also few MCQ questions are there. Problem was with interviews, the interview panel questions not quite clear. I had to ask them repeat questions again, and their interview techniques are bad.
