Well It was an awesome experience. As i was in Chandigarh so they had arranged telephonic interview for me. Interviewer was well aware of latest technology and stuff. At times I didn't know about some topics but instead of making it an issue, he told me to research all those things to make myself more versatile to the latest technology. After I cleared that interview, I got a call from HR that they will soon send me a task to do and I have to submit that Task within a week. 1 week was more than sufficient to complete task along with office hours. Task was little bit tricky but a perfect chance for me to prove my skills. I submitted the app one day before deadline. Next day I got call stating that they were impressed with the app that I have submitted and they want to meet me for last f2f interview. I had doubts in my mind because of some interview review that I have seen here on Glassdoor but still I booked my ticket and went to Bangalore. Again I had a technical Interview round and then a Manager Round and at the end HR Round. The salary they offered me is upto my satisfaction. They need immediate joining but as me and my wife were expecting child within a month. They gave me 2 months to join company. They wanted to me to spend enough time with the newborn. Back to the point, interview process was smooth and upto the mark. I have seen a lot of reviews stating that they didn't get selected and GyanMatrix is using their task to fulfil client requirements which is not true at all. They need some extra ordinary skills and candidates hold on new technology. So if you aren't selected don't publish fake reviews instead start working on achieving new skills
