The store manager and I shared a brief conversation about my previous experience, then I was asked a series of form questions. The interview concluded with a role play of my sales skills. I was subjected to a background, and employment eligibility check, which took less than two weeks, but can take longer for other candidates.

Good experience, engaging questions were asked during my time. Felt like I was able to get a full sense of the role and responsibilities. Additionally received feedback in timely manner and offer.

Entrevista
Process took about 2 weeks total - 2 interviews one with the district manager and then with the store manager. They were looking for someone who knew the area, was good under pressure, and was friendly. In addition they were looking for someone who spoke a second language as the community was big in tourism.
