Group interview first with about 12 other candidates, section of the interview where you're asked to do a dragons den style pitch selling a piece of gym equipment (I think this is just to test you to see if you would be suitable for a Sales role, but not make or break for the receptionist role)

Surprisingly fun and Interactive … included group exercises, was a great way to show case your communication skills and how you work in a team. You might be required to present, so must try and feel comfortable presenting in front of other groups

good and easy - a casual big group interview, more of an observation on open characters, that are bubbly and can work well in a team. Just be friendly and it will go easy.
