Phone screening was good just a general chat but when I arrived it was an assessment centre I didn’t know about, I thought it was an interview, the time between giving feedback it way to long but the structure of the assessment was good, interview questions seemed simple enough. Didn’t get a great vibe about the place very young workforce that seem to be giving titles that are above them. I pulled out of the process as the culture fit wasn’t for me but great if you’re under 25!
