- Panel of three women = lack of diversity - three hour round trip = not even offered a drink - follow up said would come back within a week = 2 weeks now and still waiting The lack of diversity at interview stage is appalling… but the lack of common courtesy?

Asked to do a 25 minute presentation for a six month mid manager role

Entrevista
The first stage started with an automated process which was fine but very impersonal. I understand why they do this but I feel talking to a screen instead of a human just doesn't work.
The second stage was a competency task. The task itself didn't make much sense and I emailed the recruiter for clarification but received no response.
Even if the task was supposed to be vague, at least respond back to my email.
After spending 5 hours on the presentation, not 24 hours before the second interview I was called and told the role would potentially not exist due to restructure.
I was promised a call back in a couple of weeks but heard nothing. I emailed the recruiter and again received no response.
As a customer of the brand i've been completely put off.
Treat people with the respect they deserve.
