Contacted directly by internal recruiter for role- planned 30 min get to know you, which was in fact a very outdated interview format where questions were asked relative to role, however fairly mundane and asking for examples etc which cor a senior role is quite outdated and shows lack of understanding of both role and candidates. Never heard anything further, no follow ip despite a promise to hear back in a week. Overall very disappointing from a business that has great social media presence - just dont believe the hype
