Interview process involved 3 rounds. The at home video portion involves recording yourself answering the various questions about your experience. You then move on to a face to face meeting with the hiring manager, I also had a meeting with the Store Lead, but that may have been because I originally applied for a different department and he was assessing my abilities in addition to working for the checkout department. Overall the process took about 2 weeks to complete and two more weeks of orientation and onboarding.
