I can understand, deciding to not hire someone.
What I do not understand is how heartless that someone could be to tell someone that they will be contacted again later only to then to intentionally ghost them. Seeing as how quick they were to cost-shift their discomfort, rather than tell me that they decided to not hire me, I think it’s safe to assume it’s not a nice place to work. How cowardly.

Most of the interview will be about you as a person and what you bring to the table. HEB is huge on customer satisfaction, so they wanna hear you hype up how much of a people person you are and how you can make people happy through service. Next is availability and scheduling and that depends on the needs of the company first remember and goodluck!
