It was a lengthy process with one round onsite with mutiple recruiters. One of the recruiters in the team asked me about my family life including point blank asking if I had kids. My eyes got wide, she mention she wanted to know because she notoiced i was looking at her family pictures. It is a rookie mistake so I was not very interested in working with the team after that. Went to a final round with the director who was pretty frazzled and in between some celebrations for her team or herself.
