Applied online with a CV and cover letter. You then have to complete two online, timed assessments which are just centred on how you would respond to situations on the shop floor. I was then invited to a 2 hour group interview. You're given tasks in groups and asked to present as a group. Also, I was asked to bring something that I was proud of and discuss it before a 1 to 1 interview.
