They invited several groups of 8 people to group interviews of roughly 2 hrs long and just to hire 3 people in total. The
interviewer barely acknowledged me at all.

Group interview as well as individual interview after the group one, group was fun there was an activity where we were given a brief and had to go to the shop floor and find an outfit to suit the brief.

it was a group interview, they had us sit down and draw things about ourselves, did a few tasks such as getting paired up and creating an outfit for a specific occasion, answering targeted questions in a pair we had what would you do to improve the customer experience and also got asked 2 random questions solo.
