You apply online or in store, wait for you phone screening from a manager. If you past, they schedule a interview on the phone with you. Then you'll have a second interview with the store manager.
Asked general questions about the company, what I liked etc. Also asked when I worked in a team/examples of previous times I showed teamwork. Make sure to do research on company!
