I applied though the website, received tests, then proceeded to the video interview stage. Interview had rather basic questions to record, it seemed quite easy, but I did not get an AC invitation.

Why you are a fit for this position, are you ready to relocate, which factors will you consider when opening a new store.
First, you will be asked to do an online assessment (4 tests - 1 behavioral, 1 reading, 1 math). Then, if you pass that round, you'll be asked to do an online interview (very standard questions). Then, if you're chosen, they invite you to an assessment day which involves a case interview and a HR interview.

Entrevista
I passed the CV round and aptitude test (which btw consists of some impossible shape sudoku that has no relevance to your working capacity, and which, I managed to solve with the help of a $39 test prep pack and an online sudoku solver). Then I managed to the next round, where I spent at least 5 hours reading about this stupid consumerist fast fashion company with sh*tty practices on workers and the environment, and pretended to come up with several made-up fads to make them feel better about themselves, which I later cited in my interview to make them feel good/I look good (Do you know that H&M is the biggest organic cotton buyer in the world? The company continually reinvents itself as a sustainable retailed!??) What a joke.
Turned out these flattery weren’t enough for them. I did not pass this round, no feedback whatsoever from them, despite me having several years studying and working abroad (part of their description for the program potential candidate), and experience working in both fashion and other analytical roles in banking and e-commerce.
Wasted 2 days of my life for this stupid company that wasn’t even sure what it wanted.
