Worst recruitment process ever experienced. After what I thought was a great interview, I was told that unsuccessful applicants would get an email, and successful (to next phase) would get a phone call. Heard nothing for a week so phoned in, an associate said I was on list to call later (hooray I thought). Never got that call and for the following week I tried to phone about my interview results. Was constantly told to ring back, put on hold or told they'd get in touch. Finally got through to manager and I hadn't made it through after all. Gives a clear idea of how that Plymouth store is run ;)

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
