Entrevista
First step was an online test, four different tests (English, mail-inbox, numerical problem solving).
Second step was an assessment day at their office with a 1:1, a group interview and two short essays; one problem solving (Tills not working on a busy day) and the other was to describe where I would see myself in three years within H&M.

After applying online I recieved an invitation to do some online tests. Next step was an Assessment day att Stockholm HQ. Had an introduction about H&M before being dividend into groups. The day continued with a written, basic case, a group interview and a short personal interview. The order depended on which group you were in. Had plenty of time to talk to previous trainees as well. Final step after the Assessment day was a personal interview (2x45 min).

Applied online and was invited to do some tests. Passed the tests and was invited to the assessment day. Assessment day included group case, group interview, individual case and individual interview.
Did not pass the assessment day. Candidates who passed the assessment day would be invited to the final interview round.

Entrevista
It includes 3 parts: personal interview, group case and individual test. For individual test, it is a written test with 2 long questions (1 case and 1 personal question: see yourself in next future). For group case, it includes 3 cases. For personal interview, it focuses on your personality and leadership experience.
