Applied online through their website and was called for a quick telephone interview. This isn't scheduled so was kinda caught of guard . Second was a one on one interview with two managers and then a two hour , unpaid trail shift on the shop floor with instant feedback !

Straight forward and generic interview questions. It was quite brief and a few specific question about h & m especially the member scheme, products they sell and customer type. Very friendly and welcoming.
