Applied on indeed and received a phone call interview. Lasted about half an hour and the lady was really nice, I couldn't go in to interview for another two weeks so she wasn't sure if the position would still be available but said she'd call if it was. I thought it was over and that the role would go and I wouldn't get a call back but I did! She said she hadn't forgotten about me and was really sweet, we scheduled a in person interview for when I was back home. I arrived at the store 20 minutes early and was taken straight through to interview, I talked to some of the employees whilst waiting for the manager to be ready in the office. They were all really nice and the overall vibe and look was so good! I was nervous but it was me, the department manager and the store manager, they were both good friends and made me feel at ease quickly. Basic scenario questions and asking about you as a person, got the vibe they were more interested in me, my hobbies and interests than my experience meaning don't worry about sharing too much, take pride in yourself during introduction. They took my availability and hinted that I may get a call back tomorrow so wish me luck!! Also ask questions, I asked about 3 and found myself asking small ones as we went along, just asking for them to elaborate on one thing here and there shows your interest.

They asked few questions and interview goes upto one hour. It was average customer service based stuational and behavioral questions. It was like normal conversation not too difficult. Since I had experience i was able to give answer. It was 3 people group interview.
