Very simple, they asked about my degree and background work, and only 2 follow up questions before offering me a position with them, given I complete the Tax Course. The Tax Course has been going well so far so I am not too worried.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
