I went to a hiring event and was interviewed by 2 people. I did not meet my actual manager. They were able to offer me the job on the spot, and schedule me for initial in=person (paid) training. Heads up training is paid at a lower rate of $8.50/hour.

I was reached out to after a few months of me submitting my resume to them in a Career fair. Pretty simple and straightforward. It was a part-time position so it will be general.
