It was not very technical, it was mostly hours available. I wanted to make sure I was in a friendly office -- not competitive.. so I think I had asked around about the locations and requested one that had good comments.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
