Role playing on how I would answer the phone; The interviewer pretended to be a customer that was complaining and wanted to know if she could have all the prices of H&R Blocks' services. Without knowing how much they charged myself, I had to make up the services and prices.

Great company! I enjoyed working there for the tax season. I learned a lot and everyone was very friendly. It gets extremely busy but it’s rewarding and you gain a lot of knowledge

Interviewed with the manager at one the office locations and she explained details about the job and tasks you would have to do. After the interview, the manager got back to me about the job.
