Applying for the job is very easy. Just go to H&R Block website and fill in the application. You will then be sent and email to schedule an interview. The interview is about 20 minutes long. You will be told how you scored relevant to the job. You will be told what classes you still need to take if you have not completed all of them.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.

Brief conversation with the district manager—very polite and professional team. If you need a quick position, I highly recommend applying. Great experience overall and appreciate their responsiveness. That is all
