They are cheating. I did my exam this year and got 96 out of 100 but they cheat me. Interviewed and didn't give me the opportunity. In beginning stage they said, the one who gets overall marks over 80 will be hired but that is not happened.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
