Easy, straightforward. Behavior based questions. One phone screen and then a virtual interview with HR which lasted about 25 minutes. Did some basic math in the pre screen. I had already worked at another big box tax company so the process was really a breeze.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
