Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela H&R Block (Amsterdam, NY) em out. de 2013
Entrevista
I had one interview with the franchise co-owner. He was very easy going, laid back, and told me about the position and what would be involved. Then I had an interview with the owner of the franchise and she was also pretty easy going. She simply asked me a few questions on what would be required from me. I got a call a few weeks later when November came around and was brought in for training. The worker who trained myself and another receptionist was very thorough and helpful. Afterwards, if I ever needed help, I could always ask.

The most difficult or unexpected question was on my linguistics. I took a college level Spanish course in high school and was asked if I'd be willing to speak the language during my time working. It was difficult to answer because I knew a lot of Spanish in regards to speaking, however, I don't know how to interpret what someone is saying to me as easily.

It was very easy and the interviewer was very friendly and encouraging. Even when I didn’t exactly answer a question well they gave me some feedback on what to do when the situation actually happened.
Pretty basic, two people interview you, ask you to explain your resume and the typical questions of what you would do in xy situation. Pretty easy, not too much pressure.
Interview is usually a single virtual interview with one of two managers. The interview is about 20-30 minutes long. First it starts with simple basic questions, then moves to longer situational questions, and then ended with logistical questions like availability, pay, etc.
