Met with the DGM and she talked through what I would be doing for the job, the locations I could be working, and the pay. She also asked if I was interested in another position as a ATL (assistant team leader) but that would have been a far drive for me per the location it was at.

I did one virtual interview with management. The interview process was quick, and they got back to me within a week. A background check was required before the official start date.

Easy, super quick and all around a pleasant experience.
