Apply online, get an interview. They ask, you answer. I went to 5 interviews at different offices. I got offers in all since I did very good. Then get a PTIN then do a very long onboarding process. Background check is required.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
