The interview was very easy and laid back. Basically just getting to know you. The process was smooth. They tell you about what you need for taking this role, you have to take their income tax course and a bunch of training before the season starts.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
