i had went through all the interviews but i dont know on what criteria they had selected the candidates as most of them were early eliminated . the interviewer is good and the difficulty is avg

They asked abot basic programming questions ,oops, and previous projects etc ,Filtering process was quite different apart from some 4-5 out of 18 candidates everyone got into hr round, they prioritize your extra curricular activities a lot also you team woring ability

Very friendly, mostly resume based questions and some sql queries and networking concepts were asked in technical round. H R round was also based on resume and some questions like why H & R block, If i would go for higher studies etc.

Entrevista
1st round was Aptitude test.It involved quantitative,logical and verbal aptitude.Also technical qns(os,dbms etc].It also contained 2 coding qns-it was pretty easy ones.Overall test was medium level.Be thorough with prblms on disk scheduling etc in OS.
