Interviewer was so pleasent and cool. I was able to attend it with a cool mind. Initialy there was a n assesment which was based on basics of US taxation. But it took much time to hear from the company that I got selected to the next round of interview as well as I got placed.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
