The interview process was easy, and candidates could book the time slot they wanted to come for an in-person interview. There were two interviewers asking questions about customer service skills. They were friendly and liked candidates asking them questions.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
